George’s practice focuses on business and real estate transactions. George has more than 25 years’ experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (including construction, property management, and employment), forming business entities (including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs), advising on corporate governance, and completing asset sales and mergers & acquisitions. He also advises on real property acquisitions and sales, real estate financing, tax-deferred exchanges, landlord and tenant issues (including retail, office, and industrial properties), and ground leases. He also negotiates entitlements and development and redevelopment rights with governmental entities.
George has extensive expertise advising hospitality clients on the acquisition, development, and management of hotel assets and religious and nonprofit entities on organizational and real estate related matters.
George previously was a partner in the law firm of Bosche, Johnson & Mulcaire and an associate in the Santa Clara law firm of Ferrari, Alvarez, Olson & Ottoboni.
