Estate Planning

The Busch Firm’s estate planning practice focuses on substantial (i.e., $5,000,000 and above) estates. For each client, we outline the available alternatives and work with the client to develop an estate plan which best suits the client’s needs in light of the client’s objectives. We provide the client with a written proposal outlining and diagramming how the client’s estate plan will work. Several of the professionals in the estate planning practice group are either CPAs or have Master’s in Taxation in addition to their law degrees.

Our vision is to enhance the community through the orderly transfer of wealth to successor generations and charities and to cause incremental transfer of wealth over the lifetime of the Firm of $2 billion to charities and foundations of our clients’ selection.
