JSerra High School To Open Fall, 2003
The San Juan City Council approved October 15, 2002 a voter initiative sponsored by backers of JSerra Catholic High School to rezone the Sycamore Commons Office Complex and 29 acres of adjacent land to allow a private high school at Junipero Serra Road between the interstate 5 freeway and Camino Capistrano. Mike Salta Car Dealer Extraordinaire
Mike Salta was 23 when he began his career in the automotive industry in Portland, Oregon. In 1947, he started his first used car lot by renting a plot of vacant land for $100 a month and moving a small “office” building, for which he paid $300, onto the lot.
