Diane graduated from University of Washington in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. In 2002, she became licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Before joining the Firm in 2006, she worked as a Controller for a start-up telecommunications company. Prior to that she worked in public accounting for five years and has a wide variety of experience in both taxation and audit.

Diane works in the Tax Compliance Department specializing in taxation of partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and high net worth individuals. Outside of work, she is active in the American Society of Women Accountants for which she has served in many roles including Chapter President and Newsletter Editor.
